Above and beyond service! Door dash failed to deliver our food and we called Pizzicato and spoke to someone named Ben who not only had someone deliver our food out of their normal territory but gave us a free salad. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Always love their pizza and salads. They are the best around!

Servers seemed stressed. The main guy at the counter was calling the other locations employees idiots. They confused my order with another so at first they said it was 20 minutes more and asked if i wanted to buy a beer, which i did. The a few minutes later told me my order was mixed up and is actually done. I had a full beer so i finished as fast as i could. By the time i got my pizza it was cold.Positive note the arugula pear salad was good.

Definitely my favorite exotic pizza in Portland. Salads great too. Not the cheapest pie around but with their monthly email coupons it's a decent value.

I've been going to Pizzicato Pizza for over 10 years, this is the last worst pizza I ever received from them. Or any pizza I have ever had prepare from a pizzeria.After paying $17 for my medium pizza I was very disappointed when I got home and started eating my pizza. It was like eating cardboard, had very pasty texture. Although it was "fresh" from the oven, it tasted like a day old pizza or one that had set for hours, because it was not hot, was dry, and pasty. My wife said it may be a take n bake. She also told me to write this review because I'm still complaining about this horrible pizza.Normally, I have no issue paying premium prices for Pizzicato Pizza, but last night I fell they did not provide a premium product. I fact if was horrible.I'm not saying that I will not return, i hoping this was a one off, anyone can have a bad day. But management should do a review of the the staff from 11/13/2019 @ ~6:00pm. A trainee may have made this pizza, they are not ready to go solo.

This is a meat pizza? I query the lady behind the counter and she points out a couple pieces of pork? Apparently we differ what constitutes a meat pizza. Then pull down the menu board i ordered from and put up a new one after I've ordered? Don't show up too early.

Greeted by the staff with a smile. I rarely have to wait to order at this location. Staff is always very helpful and attentive. Delicious slices, fresh and hot, with a nice crisp on the crust. The salads and sandwiches are well dressed and tasty too. Can't forget about this long standing Portland establishment when it comes to gourmet pizza!

This place hands down makes one of my favorite pizzas ever! I suggest trying Rudy's pizza and add pepperoni with prosciutto (carried seasonally). Thank me later. I was hesitant because this does not have a traditional pizza sauce, but trust me on this one. You will be glad you did!

the pizza here is very good as well as the kale salad!! the employees are nice and there is outdoor and indoor seating. the service is very quick!!

Wonderful pizza! Excellent service. The dining area was clean and well taken care of. Their lunch special (pizza and salad) is reasonably priced and the pizza slice was huge! My wife wasn't able to finish hers because there was so much food. I live in Salem, so this is the closest location to me. Pizzicato is now on my "go to" list when I come up to Portland.

Rick the manager went above and beyond to help with a catering order we had. He was very personable, helpful, and accommodating. We love Pizzicato, and our office always orders from them. We'll continue because the quality, unique options, and friendliness is always superb.

This is some top-notch pizza. I also appreciated that the online ordering tool was straightforward and did not require a log-in.

Great service. First time here. I walked in and when they showed what i wanted i said you tell me. He mentioned a certain pizza and a spinach salad. I said ok. Great choice. Tasty. Hot. Fresh. Friendly atmosphere. What a great place.

The food was quite pricy for what you got. The service was a little slow, but the staff was very nice. The crust was really good on the regular pizza and although their vegan cheese was relatively close to regular cheese, it was a little more sticky.

Good pizza but expect to be on hold 3-4 minutes if you want to order pickup.

We got the seasonal favorite--shiitake and sausage with truffle cream sauce. Oh yum!!

Love this place! My friend and I come here every month or two to catch up. It is our favorite spot. Staff is nice, pizza is top notch. Try the puttanesca!

This place has the best and freshest ingredients. I order a lot of catering here and they're always more than helpful. Rick has gone above and beyond to assist in anyway he can. I really appreciate the helpfulness and great food here.

Always delicious. Excellent service; one server noticed we were out of napkins from across the restaurant and took care of us! Only reason 4 out of 5 is their menu in store is geared towards seasonal, so its a little confusing to just order a pizza- not regulars,so we don't know the system. Employees could help with that a bit more. Overall wonder full food, fast and helpful service.

Place was great. Went there while on vacation in Oregon. Never had better pizza than at this place. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza had lots of flavor. Plus, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great spot to chow down, I'd recommend it to anyone in the area.

The pizza is the best in town and the staff at the Lake Oswego store is the best. Been there many times and they are amazing every time! And the GM is great.

Best high quality pizza in town. They do offer delivery. Very friendly staff. I have tried about every single type of pizza around town and would highly recommend this for anyone.

I absolutely love the unique flavors here. What amazing pizza! Good enough for date night but also a quick lunch stop with their slice and salad lunch special. I highly recommend the Thai chicken pizza or the last one on the menu. It starts with "G" and I can't pronounce it but, it is wonderful with garlic shrimp and feta among a few other sophisticated flavors.

I told my friends about this place with my warmest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are delicious and the crew is generous and cooperative. always when we go to this place we have a pleasing evening. highly recommended.

Have visited this spot many times. Today I found a bug in my salad and my friends. They fixed the situation by reimbursing us. But I need some time before I will return. Hope my prior visits I didn't eat large black "peppers" by mistake. Staff are great!

Not a bad pizza, not great. Expensive$$$ we buy pizza there because we know we can get a really good vegan pizza for our grandson with allergies. That pizza is 5 stars

Great selection of well-made pizzas, supported by very good red, pale and IPA ales. Being an avid pizza eater and beer drinker, it's the best of both worlds for me, and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent service, too. Highly recommended place!

bean salad was AWESOME

Really bad pizza, breadsticks no better. Pizza cheese is salty, almost no flavor in the pie otherwise. The sauce both on the pizza and served with the breadsticks tastes sour. Not like it's gone bad, but actually sour. "Breadsticks" are thin, soft, flat pieces of bread with some cheese. Cannot stress enough how bad the sauce is. Delivery was late but I believe that was on doordash, not the restaurant. I really hate to be so negative but your money is better spent elsewhere.
